The RealReal is rolling out Ask TRR, an AI shopping agent built with Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise, to all 45 million members, the companies announced in a press release. The wider release follows a pilot of the service.

Ask TRR lets shoppers describe products, styles, occasions, or ideas in natural language. It returns recommendations based on their requests and preferences from an inventory of more than 1.5 million luxury items, which changes as products sell and new pieces arrive.

The RealReal also plans to add AI recommendations to product description pages, providing additional suggestions while customers consider purchases.
