TrackVia Adds IRIS and MCP Support to Field Operations Platform

TrackVia has added natural language data queries, Model Context Protocol support, a rebuilt Android app and a redesigned web interface to its field operations platform.

TrackVia announced in a press release an expansion of its field operations platform with a new AI layer, Model Context Protocol support, a rebuilt Android app and a redesigned web interface.

TrackVia IRIS lets users ask questions about operational data in natural language and receive answers within the platform. It follows existing access permissions, so users can only query information they are authorized to view.

Model Context Protocol support connects TrackVia data with Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini. The rebuilt Android app includes updated performance, reliability and offline access, while the refreshed web interface provides revised navigation for configuring operational applications.
