Tredence Acquires KMK Consulting to Expand Healthcare and Life Sciences Business
Tredence announced in a press release the acquisition of KMK Consulting, an analytics and consulting firm based in Morris Plains, New Jersey. KMK works with eight of the world's top ten pharmaceutical companies and brings over two decades of expertise in life sciences, biopharma analytics, real world evidence, and market research.
The acquisition strengthens Tredence's position in the healthcare and life sciences sector, which the company expects to account for about 25 percent of its total revenue by 2028. Tredence plans to combine its agentic AI capabilities with KMK's domain knowledge to enhance services across the pharmaceutical value chain, from research and development to commercial launch.
Tredence stated that the combined entity will streamline processes and accelerate value creation for life sciences clients by integrating applied AI, data engineering, and decision intelligence. The deal also enhances Tredence's presence within the Veeva ecosystem, a leading cloud-based CRM and data platform used by most pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
