Trellist AI Agent Cuts Logistics Customer Service Calls by 30%

Oct 6, 2026
Trellist says an AI engagement for a national logistics operator reduced customer service call volume by 30% and produced a six figure net positive annual return.

Trellist said in a press release that its AI work for an unnamed national logistics operator reduced customer service call volume by 30%. The company also reported a six figure net positive annual return and a 30% increase in available development team capacity.

Trellist first connected the operator's marketing, sales and operations data in one pipeline with real time feeds. It then added AI to development and quality assurance workflows before analyzing call tracking data to identify common customer requests.

The resulting AI agent handles common issues through conversation inside the operator's existing customer service workflow. Human review remains part of the process. Trellist used custom MCP servers and existing infrastructure, including Salesforce or Amazon Bedrock, to connect the system with required data and tools.
