Trellist Connects Behavioral Data to AI Customer Interviews

Oct 8, 2026
The Behavioral-to-Qualitative Bridge uses AI customer interviews to explain changes found in behavioral data and can return findings within 24 hours.

Trellist announced in a press release the Behavioral-to-Qualitative Bridge, a service that connects behavioral data with customer interviews conducted by AI. It can return explanations for changes in customer behavior within 24 hours.

The service uses data such as customer relationship management stage changes, product usage, and web analytics to identify events that need further study. These can include abandonment during registration, weak offer performance, or an unexpected increase in activity.

Trellist routes each event into a targeted interview study through Quals.ai. Its direct response strategists use the responses to create revised messages, offers, and marketing materials, then test them against the originals.

The service is available to existing Quals.ai clients and as a standalone engagement for consumer, business, and direct response marketing programs.
