Trend Micro Introduces Agentic SIEM for Enhanced Security Operations
Trend Micro has launched its new Agentic SIEM, an AI-driven solution designed to tackle longstanding challenges in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), announced in a press release. This innovative technology aims to alleviate alert overload for security operations teams by leveraging agentic AI to proactively manage security risks.
The Agentic SIEM integrates with Trend Micro's digital twin capabilities, offering a transformative approach to security operations. It supports over 900 data sources and promises a significant reduction in onboarding time for new log types, from three days to just three hours by 2026. This advancement is expected to enhance visibility, context, and threat detection across various environments.
Trend Micro's Agentic SIEM also incorporates proven XDR capabilities, providing comprehensive security coverage across endpoints, cloud, email, networks, servers, and identity. The solution offers up to seven years of archival data retention and two years of analytic retention, supporting enhanced detection, threat hunting, and compliance.
With the introduction of Agentic SIEM, Trend Micro continues to set a benchmark in cybersecurity innovation, aiming to provide security teams with more time for strategic tasks while ensuring robust protection against cyber threats.
