TRI adds AI risk assessment to OPRA clinical trial platform
Triumph Research Intelligence releases OPRA 26.2, adding AI assisted risk assessment and connected oversight to its quality management platform for clinical trials, as announced in a press release. The release is available from October 14, 2026.
The new RiskIQ agent analyzes an uploaded protocol and drafts an assessment of Critical to Quality factors, risks, and their relationships. It uses each organization's own factor types and risk categories. Risk managers must edit, accept, or reject every suggestion before adding it to a live study, with decisions recorded in an exportable audit log. RiskIQ is also available as a standalone application for use with other risk based quality management platforms.
OPRA 26.2 links identified risks to centralized monitoring controls and shows risk owners when performance falls outside defined tolerances. It can create routine observations automatically and retain links between review actions and supporting evidence. Organizations can also define review types, specify the data covered by each review, and use change logs to track updates since the previous review.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
