Trigent Launches Three AI Tools for Insurance Workflows

Trigent Software announces in a press release three production ready AI tools for insurance carriers, managing general agents and brokers. ClaimIQ, Underwriting Engine and Document Intelligence run on the Trigent ArkOS AI validation workbench.

ClaimIQ handles claims intake and policy validation across voice, chat, text and email. Underwriting Engine automates risk analysis and submission summaries, while providing logged reasoning and source citations. Document Intelligence reviews policies, amendments and endorsements, flags obligations and risks, and links its findings to source documents.

Trigent says ClaimIQ increased straight through processing by 84% for one insurer. It also says Document Intelligence reduced contract processing costs by 90% and cut turnaround time from 48 hours to four minutes for a managing general agent. The company will demonstrate the tools at ITC Vegas from September 29 to October 1, 2026.
