Trillium Technologies Launches Compute Credit Marketplace on Percent
Percent announced in a press release that Trillium Technologies has built a branded investment marketplace on its private credit infrastructure. The marketplace introduces Trillium Technologies' compute credit convertible note offering.
Compute credits are prepaid or allocated units of computing capacity. They are used in cloud platforms, AI services, and infrastructure providers, and can represent a fixed pool of usable resources with a redemption rate and expiration window.
Percent said its platform gives Trillium the systems needed to structure, distribute, and manage the offering without building a capital markets stack from scratch. Percent also said its platform has structured and distributed more than $2 billion in private credit.
Trillium Technologies closed its first round on July 10, 2026. The company expects additional capital raises to follow as it expands the marketplace.
