Trip.Biz Launches Agent ONE AI Suite for Business Travel

Sep 19, 2026
Trip.Biz has launched Agent ONE, a suite of four connected AI agents for planning, booking, approvals and travel analysis. The suite is available in every market supported by Trip.Biz.

Trip.Biz, the business travel brand of Trip.com Group, launched Agent ONE at its Transform 2026 summit in Singapore on September 17, the company said in a press release. The suite connects four AI agents for planning, booking, approvals and travel analysis.

Planning Agent turns natural language requests into personalized recommendations that follow company travel policies. Booking Agent provides conversational booking, while Approval Agent automatically approves low risk requests and sends exceptions for human review.

Trip.Biz says Booking Agent can reduce average booking time from about 45 minutes to two minutes. Approval Agent can process eligible requests in under three seconds, compared with more than an hour, while Insight Agent can produce travel analysis reports in under seven minutes, compared with up to a week using older tools. Agent ONE is available in every market supported by Trip.Biz.
