Trust AI Adds Revenue Cycle Hub to Isaac PracticeOS
Trust AI announced in a press release the launch of RCM Hub, a staffed revenue cycle service built into Isaac PracticeOS for independent dental practices. The service is backed by a $2 million commitment and a partnership with Wehrle Implant Immersion Center.
RCM Hub is included with Isaac PracticeOS for $299 per month per practice, with no separate revenue cycle management fee. Trust AI said Isaac drafts claims about 60 seconds after a completed procedure, adding coding, attachments, and a clinical narrative. A dentist reviews each claim before US based billers submit it.
The service also handles denied claims by correcting and resubmitting them, then contacting payers by phone when needed. Wehrle Implant Immersion Center provides clinical faculty review for implant and full arch claim narratives and uses its bilingual call center for benefit verification calls that cannot be completed electronically.
Trust AI said the service runs through the RCM Hub dashboard under access controls, a business associate agreement, and HIPAA compliant infrastructure. The company said one solo implant practice recovered $91,465 in aged insurance claims during its first 30 days using the service.
