Trust & Will Hosts Event on Future of Estate Planning
Trust & Will is set to host its inaugural industry event, Guiding Generations: The Future of Estate Planning, on October 23, 2025, at One Liberty Plaza in New York. The event, announced in a press release, will address the largest intergenerational wealth transfer in history, estimated at $124 trillion over the next two decades.
The event will explore the impact of artificial intelligence, digital assets, and automation on estate planning. It aims to provide insights into how these technologies will redefine succession planning and the advisor-client relationship. Additionally, the event will discuss the necessary policy and regulatory changes to accommodate digital-first wealth and cross-border assets.
Guiding Generations will be a full-day event, available both in-person and virtually, and is free to attend with an application. It will bring together leaders from finance, law, policy, and technology to discuss the challenges and opportunities presented by the upcoming wealth transfer, which is expected to peak by 2037.
