Upstage Launches Studio for Document Workflows

Oct 6, 2026
Upstage Studio extracts and connects information from business documents, then moves validated data through custom workflows with human oversight.

Upstage launched a new version of Studio for intelligent document processing on October 6, as the company announced in a press release. The platform extracts data from unstructured documents, validates the information, adds context and connects related records.

Studio lets businesses create custom workflows that move document data through review and operational processes. It flags selected items for human review and provides a reason and supporting evidence for each flag.

The platform includes workflows for insurance underwriting, lending, manufacturing procurement and logistics. It can connect contracts, invoices, purchase orders, financial statements and shipping records as new documents arrive. The new version is available now through Upstage.

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
