USD.AI Arranges $128.9 Million GPU Financing Facility
USD.AI announced in a press release a $128.9 million asset backed GPU financing facility for an undisclosed borrower. It is the largest loan originated through the platform to date.
The facility will finance 32 NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 systems in British Columbia, Canada. The operator is a publicly listed GPU cloud provider serving enterprise customers across North America, South America and Europe.
The systems are covered by a multi year contract with an investment grade counterparty. USD.AI says its non-recourse loans are secured exclusively by the underlying GPU infrastructure, which separates the financing risk from the corporate balance sheet.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
