V-Key Makes Majority Investment in CloudsineAI
V-Key makes a strategic majority investment in Singapore based CloudsineAI, the company announced in a press release. Financial terms were not provided.
The companies will combine V-Key's digital identity and application security technology with CloudsineAI's AI security products. CloudsineAI provides TraceCtrl, a security suite for AI agents, and WebOrion, a web integrity protection platform.
The combined offering will cover identity verification, access controls, transaction security and accountability for people, applications and AI agents. The companies plan to serve regulated sectors including financial services, government, healthcare and critical infrastructure.
