V2X Awarded Seat on $25B ATSP5 Defense Technology Contract
V2X, Inc. has been selected for a position on the Department of Defense’s Advanced Technology Support Program 5 (ATSP5), announced in a press release. The contract, valued at up to $25 billion, is administered by the Defense Microelectronics Activity under the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
ATSP5 is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides government agencies access to engineering and technology transition support. The program covers areas including system prototyping, testing, integration, and limited production, as well as lifecycle support for embedded and network-centric systems.
As an ATSP5 partner, V2X will contribute to modernization initiatives that address system obsolescence and enhance defense readiness. The company’s participation focuses on AI-optimized systems, large-scale AI orchestration, automated testing, and digital prototyping to support mission-critical operations.
V2X stated that its inclusion in ATSP5 will enable it to deliver scalable engineering solutions that strengthen operational resilience across multi-domain defense environments.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
