Vantora Secures More Than $100 Million From Silversmith
Vantora, formerly known as UP.Labs, secured more than $100 million from Silversmith Capital Partners, the company announced in a press release. The growth investment is the profitable company's first outside funding and will support new corporate partnerships, development of its COSMOS data ontology product, and hiring across AI and commercial roles.
Vantora embeds founders, product engineers, and AI engineers within industrial companies to build ventures and internal capabilities around their operations and data. Corporate partners invest in each venture, serve as its first customer, receive equity at formation, and can later bring it into their core business.
The company works across energy, aviation, logistics, manufacturing, and automotive markets. Its partners include Porsche, Alaska Airlines, J.B. Hunt, Wabash, and TDG. Vantora has launched 17 ventures and plans to reach 20 by the end of 2026.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system.
