April 21, 2026
Vensure Employer Solutions has launched HR Compliance, an AI platform that provides real-time legal guidance and automated workflows for HR teams. The platform integrates directly into Vensure’s ecosystem and supports compliance management across multiple jurisdictions.

Vensure Employer Solutions announced in a press release the launch of HR Compliance, an AI platform designed to deliver legal guidance and automation for HR compliance tasks. The platform is built into Vensure’s existing technology ecosystem and provides real time, prescriptive legal support for HR teams.

HR Compliance includes a compliance chatbot that gives scenario specific and jurisdiction aware answers, along with tools such as an employee handbook builder, multistate law comparison, salary benchmarking, and an integrated learning management system. The system connects compliance guidance, documentation, alerts, training, and reporting within one interface.

VensureHR, the direct employer services division of Vensure Employer Solutions, will distribute the platform to its small and medium business clients. PrismHR, another Vensure company, will offer a private label version for its service bureau clients, allowing them to provide their own branded compliance solutions.

The platform aims to reduce reliance on third party compliance providers by embedding attorney backed guidance directly into HR workflows. It supports more than 161,000 businesses and 4.2 million employees through Vensure’s network of employer service brands.
