Vertafore introduced four Velocity AI agents that help independent insurance agencies review documents, answer product questions, process policies and identify discrepancies.

Vertafore introduced four Velocity AI agents for independent insurance agencies in a press release. The agents support document review, product guidance, policy intake and policy verification.

The Velocity Document Intelligence Agent works inside ImageRight to find and summarize information across documents and other content. The Velocity Coach Agent, available in AMS360 and Sagitta, answers product and process questions using documentation and standard operating procedures.

The Velocity Policy Intake Agent extracts policy information, maps it to an agency management system, stores supporting documents and creates an audit ready activity record. The Velocity Policy Check Agent compares policy documents with system data and supporting materials, then identifies discrepancies and recommends corrections.

All four agents are in use with early adopters and are scheduled for general availability during 2026. Vertafore said early adopter testing showed document review time reductions of up to 90%. It also said users spend up to 88% less time finding answers and that policy intake can move up to 87% faster.
