Vertiv to Acquire King Environmental Services
Vertiv plans to acquire King Environmental Services, the company announced in a press release. The deal will expand Vertiv's fluid management and thermal management services across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
King Environmental Services provides fluid system preparation, flushing, filtration, water treatment, commissioning, monitoring and maintenance. It also performs thermal and electrical load testing for high density, liquid cooled data centers and other facilities.
The company is based near Dublin and operates hubs in North Dublin and Frankfurt. Vertiv expects the transaction to close in the fourth quarter of 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the deal is not expected to materially affect Vertiv's financial results.
