Viome Partners with Microsoft for AI-Driven Preventive Healthcare
Viome Life Sciences has announced a collaboration with Microsoft to enhance preventive healthcare using one of the world's largest RNA datasets. Announced in a press release, the partnership will integrate Viome's AI platform with Microsoft's Azure infrastructure, including Azure Ultra Disk Storage and Virtual Machines.
Viome's AI-powered platform analyzes human and microbial gene expression to provide personalized nutrition and health insights. This integration aims to deliver a new model of proactive home-based healthcare, leveraging Microsoft's secure and scalable HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.
The collaboration will enable Viome to process petabyte-scale biological data, offering personalized health insights to help prevent chronic diseases and promote longevity. Viome's Full Body Intelligence Test, which analyzes gene expression from saliva, blood, and stool samples, will benefit from this enhanced data processing capability.
The partnership underscores the potential of combining cutting-edge biology with AI to create impactful health solutions, as stated by both Viome and Microsoft representatives.
