Visa Pilots AI Agent Payments With BILL and Billtrust
Visa, BILL and Billtrust have launched a live pilot that lets trusted AI agents initiate and complete approved buyer invoice payments through supplier portals. The pilot is processing end-to-end transactions for participating buyers that use BILL and suppliers that use Billtrust.
The BILL Payment Agent is registered through Visa's Trusted Agent Protocol and Agentic Directory. It uses tokenized payment credentials and controls tied to the buyer's approved payment instructions to issue card payments for supplier invoices.
Billtrust uses the protocol to recognize and authenticate the agent before granting it access to its portal. Visa said this authentication can satisfy protections historically provided by CAPTCHA and other bot blocking, without a separate agent login, and gives both sides visibility into how each payment was authorized and completed.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
