WarpWare raised $1.2 million to expand its AI enabled engineering platform for spacecraft flight software, simulation and testing.

WarpWare raised $1.2 million in a preseed round to expand its AI enabled engineering platform for space missions, according to Payload. Rockies Venture Club, Cowtown Angels, Aggie Angel Network, Vesper Alpha and Marlboro Lane Ventures participated alongside individual investors.

The platform covers flight software, guidance, navigation and control, simulation and testing. Its AI tools can perform engineering tasks and run multiple layers of testing, while engineers control where AI is used and approve outputs.

WarpWare says more than 20 organizations use its platform for projects including NASA science missions, lunar missions, launch vehicles and power transmission in space. The company will use the funding to expand its agent based engineering tools and increase sales and marketing.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
