Whatfix Names Cofounder Vara Kumar as CEO
Whatfix said in a press release that cofounder Vara Kumar has been appointed CEO, effective immediately. He succeeds cofounder and former CEO Khadim Batti, who died on September 1, 2026.
Kumar cofounded Whatfix with Batti in 2014 and has led its product and research strategy. He will now oversee the company alongside its executive team and board.
Whatfix provides an AI native digital adoption platform that combines adoption tools, analytics, simulation training, and intelligent agents. The company says it serves 600 enterprises, including more than 80 Fortune 500 companies.
