Whip Around launches AI tools for fleet maintenance

Whip Around announced in a press release the launch of Advanced Maintenance, which connects fleet inspections with maintenance work and cost records. The software brings technician scheduling, labor tracking, cost based approvals and AI assisted review into its existing fleet platform.

The system can audit inspection photos for missed damage and defects. It can also automate defect handling under predefined conditions and extract information from work order invoices and receipts.

Advanced Maintenance records labor time and costs alongside parts, service history and inspection data. Fleet managers can assign and schedule work across technicians and locations, track each asset's maintenance costs and manage work from inspection through completion.
