Wondershare launches Filmora 16 with AI media analysis, camera tracking, color masking, 360 degree video reframing and expanded export tools.

Wondershare announced in a press release the launch of Filmora 16, a new version of its video editing software with AI media analysis and expanded editing tools. The software is available now.

AI Media Analysis identifies visual content and generates searchable tags, descriptions and editing suggestions. A Smart Media Bin organizes the analyzed assets, while recording tools can capture a screen, camera, microphone and system audio as separate sources for the editing timeline.

Filmora 16 also adds camera tracking for heads, bodies and selected areas, along with color masking, track mattes and automatic color correction. Other additions include 360 degree video reframing, dedicated subtitle tracks, dynamic caption templates, motion blur for keyframes, XML import and export, and batch exports.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
