X Corp and SpaceX AI moved to dismiss their claims against Apple Inc. in an antitrust lawsuit filed against Apple and OpenAI, Reuters reports. The September 14 court filing did not explain the dismissal or say whether the parties reached a settlement.

The lawsuit accused Apple and OpenAI of restricting competition through the integration of ChatGPT into Apple Intelligence features. Apple and OpenAI denied wrongdoing, and Apple said its ChatGPT integration was not exclusive.

X and SpaceX AI will continue their claims against OpenAI. OpenAI said it was not involved in the agreement with Apple and asked X to disclose its terms, arguing they could affect the remaining case and its defense.
