Xplor Technologies Acquires Bitlancer to Add AI Payroll Automation Tools
Xplor Technologies has acquired Bitlancer, a company that builds payroll automation and AI tools for fitness operators, announced in a press release. The acquisition expands Xplor’s platform capabilities by embedding payroll processing and AI automation directly into its software products.
Bitlancer’s technology supports payroll management, staff performance tracking, and operational decision-making through intelligent automation and predictive insights. These tools are widely used by fitness studios and gyms to simplify payroll and optimize workforce operations.
Following the acquisition, Bitlancer’s team will remain with Xplor to lead the development of embedded payroll and AI features. The combined offering will be available across Xplor’s verticals, including fitness and leisure, golf and club, recreation, field services, and education.
The integration will enable Xplor customers to access embedded payroll processing, compensation management, and AI driven operational intelligence within a unified platform. Future plans include natural language reporting, automated workflows, and performance benchmarking tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
