YYForce Outlines 2030 Plan for Human and Robotics Workforce

Sep 22, 2026
YYForce plans to combine human staffing, AI, robotics and facility management through a coordinated workforce platform by 2030.

YYForce outlined a 2030 plan to coordinate human workers, AI and robots through one workforce platform, the company announced in a press release. The strategy covers hospitality, healthcare, logistics, retail, property operations and other service industries.

The plan combines on demand staffing through YY Circle and Yolara AI with humanoid and specialized service robots offered through leasing and subscription services. Proposed robot tasks include cleaning, internal delivery, material movement, inspection, monitoring and logistics support.

YYForce also plans to connect these resources with its 24iFM facility management system, sensors, smart cameras and automation tools. Centralized systems would identify facility needs, assign human or robotic resources and track task completion. The company expects to pursue pilot programs, commercial partnerships, robotics collaborations and potential investments.

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
