YYForce and Integral Cleaning have formed Facadevision AI to provide drone based exterior cleaning and inspection for commercial buildings in Singapore.

YYForce formed Facadevision AI, a Singapore joint venture focused on drone based building inspection and cleaning, the company announced in a press release. YYForce owns 70% of the venture, while Singapore cleaning services provider Integral Cleaning owns 30%.

Facadevision AI plans to combine an enterprise drone system with AI assisted image analysis. The system will inspect exteriors for cracks, spalling, sealant failure and water ingress, while creating records of facade conditions for building owners.

The venture plans to begin commercial operations in the third quarter of 2026, initially serving commercial buildings in Singapore. It may later expand to industrial and residential properties.
