Munich startup Zeit AI has raised €5 million to expand ZeitMind, an AI agent that automates data engineering tasks for mid sized European companies.

Zeit AI has raised €5 million to expand its autonomous data engineering platform, reports EU-Startups. Investors included Y Combinator, the University of Oxford's Seed Fund, the Sequoia Capital Scout Fund, ACE Ventures and Hasso Plattner VC.

The Munich startup was founded in 2024 by former Palantir employees Leopold von Waldthausen and Marvin Bornstein. Its ZeitMind agent connects enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management software with more than 600 other data sources, then cleans and structures the data to build applications ready for analysis.

Zeit AI plans to use the funding to hire engineers, reach more mid sized businesses and expand through its Munich base and a planned London office. The company says customer data is processed in Europe and its platform operates in German data centers.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
