Zenerate Partners with Pivotal Architecture to Streamline Real Estate Feasibility Reporting
Zenerate has announced a strategic partnership with Pivotal Architecture to enhance feasibility reporting services for real estate development projects, according to a press release.
The collaboration will combine Zenerate's AI technology with Pivotal Architecture's expertise in residential, mixed use, and commercial design. The goal is to help developers and architects evaluate site opportunities more efficiently and move from initial assessment to viable concepts more quickly.
Under the agreement, Zenerate will act as the main contact for clients, managing project intake, workflow coordination, and report delivery. The new service will include zoning and site analysis, test fits, pro forma modeling, cost estimation, and renderings. Pivotal Architecture will provide design support and contribute to site evaluations and conceptual layouts.
Clients can submit project details through Zenerate's online application form to receive customized proposals tailored to their project requirements and timelines.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
