Zillow Adds Home Listings and Affordability Tools to Claude

Oct 19, 2026
A new Zillow connector lets Claude users search homes for sale or rent, view maps and estimates, and explore tours, agents and financing.

Zillow announces in a press release a connector that brings its home listings, interactive maps, home value estimates and affordability tools into Claude. The connector lets users search for homes for sale or rent through the AI assistant.

Users can enable Zillow from the Connectors section in Claude, then enter criteria such as location, price, property type and features. Results can include photos, prices and property details, with links to Zillow for more information.

Users can also request a tour, contact a real estate agent or explore financing within the conversation. Zillow says its display, approved by multiple listing services, appears inside Claude with the same broker and listing service attribution used on Zillow.com, without sending data to Anthropic.
