ZYT Debuts Heavy Truck Driving Assistance System in Europe

ZYT presented the European debut of its intelligent driving assistance system for commercial heavy trucks at IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026 in Hannover, the company stated in a press release. It displayed the system on a FAW Jiefang truck at a joint booth with the vehicle maker.

The system combines sensing hardware, domain controllers and software for driving assistance, highway navigation and active safety. It uses ZYT's JIMU 2.0 commercial truck model and a High Perception model across highways, urban expressways and designated urban roads without requiring high definition maps.

ZYT says the models are pre trained on data from experienced drivers and fine tuned with more than 1,000 hours of real world heavy truck driving data. The company works with seven commercial truck brands and in May announced a European driving assistance project with Sinotruk covering active safety, driving assistance and highway navigation. The company says its European team, data center and road testing infrastructure will support that project.
