Anthropic Targets IPO Before Thanksgiving

Anthropic is targeting a public market debut as soon as the middle of November, according to Bloomberg News. The company could begin formal marketing for its initial public offering during the week of November 9 and start trading before Thanksgiving on November 26.

The revised schedule follows an earlier delay to its planned IPO marketing. Anthropic still expects to list by the end of 2026, although the timing could change as discussions continue.

Prospective investors have discussed a valuation of about US$1.8 trillion to US$2 trillion. Anthropic recorded roughly US$4.6 billion in revenue and a net loss of almost US$42 billion in 2025, with more than US$34 billion of the loss tied to changes in the fair value of its liabilities.
