Nontechnical teams can define processes, connect applications and assign agents to specific responsibilities. Controls determine the information and systems each agent can access, as well as whether it can recommend or execute actions.

The initial release includes customer intelligence workflows that combine information from multiple systems, analyze client activity using company defined rules and alert employees to significant changes. The platform can also support workflows across sales, operations, finance, customer success, research and internal compliance.

Asuri.ai is built by California-based Sprouter Technologies. The release names no customers.
