Curavit Acquires Lindus Health CRO Assets
Curavit Clinical Research has acquired the CRO assets of Lindus Health, the company announced in a press release. The deal expands Curavit's clinical trial operations across the U.S. and Europe.
Curavit said the combined operations will support decentralized, hybrid, and traditional clinical trials for pharma, biotech, medtech, diagnostics, and digital health sponsors. The company said the acquisition adds European clinical assets and staff to its U.S. CRO and Remote Clinical Site operations.
Lindus is shifting its focus to developing its own therapeutic assets under Lindus Therapeutics. Curavit said its expanded services will include site activation, remote patient recruitment, trial design, participant retention support, and clinical grade data delivery across North America and Europe.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
