Juritas Raises €1.4 Million for Contract Intelligence Platform

Nov 5, 2026
The Stockholm based startup will use the pre seed funding to expand engineering, accelerate product work and strengthen security infrastructure.

Juritas, an Irish founded contract intelligence startup based in Stockholm, raised €1.4 million in pre seed funding, according to SiliconRepublic. The round was led by Passion Capital, with participation from Blackwood, Araya Ventures, Baseline, Angel Invest and the ByFounders Angel Collective.

Juritas provides an AI platform that helps finance, procurement and legal teams track contract commitments and payments due. It connects to repositories including SharePoint and Google Drive, links amendments and renewals to their agreements, and records dates, fees, price increases, obligations and rights with citations to relevant clauses. Financial amounts are calculated in code rather than estimated by AI.

The company will use the funding to expand its engineering team in Stockholm, accelerate product work and build security infrastructure for large customers. Juritas says customer data is stored in the European Union and contracts are not used to train AI models.
