Dominion Dynamics and Tencore Plan Canadian TerMIT Production
Dominion Dynamics and Tencore signed a memorandum of understanding to manufacture TerMIT uncrewed ground vehicles in Canada for Ukraine, Dominion Dynamics announced. Initial production is planned for 2027.
Dominion will add its AuraNet autonomy software to the vehicles as their onboard intelligence layer. A Tencore team will manage the initial technology transfer and train Canadian technicians to build the vehicles.
According to the release, Tencore has delivered more than 5,000 uncrewed ground vehicles to Ukrainian military units since 2024. Dominion, which raised a $139 million CAD Series A in June, also aims to develop an Arctic hardened TerMIT for Canadian operations and for export to NATO allies.
