EnforceShield Raises €1.7M for Autonomous IP Enforcement
EnforceShield has raised €1.7 million in a seed round led by Vendep Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC. The Lithuania headquartered legal technology startup, which also has a US subsidiary in Tennessee, says the funding will expand its intellectual property enforcement platform into more complex workflows and support commercial growth in the US.
The platform is designed to run the whole enforcement workflow itself, from detection across platforms through legal analysis, validation, takedown and monitoring for reappearing violations, rather than flagging suspected infringements for a legal team to handle. Its AI agents handle routine cases, while attorneys and analysts review outcomes, exceptions, and complex escalations.
EnforceShield says it serves more than 20 enterprise customers and removes more than 33,500 intellectual property violations a month on average across its ecommerce client base. The company plans to add workflows for repeat offenders and more complex enforcement cases. The company says the US already accounts for up to 80% of its sales pipeline.
EnforceShield was founded in 2024 by chief executive Rytis Rudzinskas, an attorney who previously ran digital IP enforcement operations for clients and self funded early development with fellow partners at the law firm CEE Attorneys. Software developer Aidis Stukas joined as chief technology officer.
