Highlight launches Pulse for AI product research

Oct 21, 2026
Pulse lets consumer packaged goods teams collect product feedback from AI models based on members of Highlight's testing community.

Highlight announces Pulse in a press release, a research tool that gives consumer packaged goods teams feedback from AI models based on members of its product testing community.

Teams can define an audience and ask for responses about early ideas, concepts or finished products. Highlight says Pulse returns responses within seconds and is available now.

Each Highlight Twin represents one tester and draws on that person's surveys, concept tests and experience testing products at home. The company says the models are updated as community members complete more tests.

Highlight sells product testing to consumer brands; the release names no customers.
