Lette provides AI agents for residential property operators in the UK and Ireland. Its platform handles leasing enquiries, resident communications, maintenance requests, rent arrears and compliance while working with existing property management software.

The company will use the funding to hire staff across product development, engineering and customer operations. It plans to enter additional European markets in 2027.
