Swedish AI startup Lovable aims to reach $1 billion in annual recurring revenue within the next year, according to CEO Anton Osika.

Lovable, a Swedish AI startup, is projecting to achieve $1 billion in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within the next 12 months, according to Bloomberg. CEO Anton Osika stated that the company is currently adding between $8 million and $15 million in ARR each month, with plans to reach $250 million by the end of this year.

Founded in late 2023, Lovable has quickly become a prominent player in the AI industry, offering tools that allow users to build apps and websites without programming knowledge. The company recently achieved a $1.8 billion valuation following a $200 million Series A funding round.

Osika emphasized that Lovable's growth is not threatened by competitors like OpenAI, as the company provides additional features such as quality assurance and security. With around 250,000 paying customers, Lovable continues to expand its market presence and is considering further fundraising efforts next year.
