Noxtua Raises €100 Million as C.H.Beck Takes Majority Stake
Noxtua raised about €100 million in a Series C round, according to Artificial Lawyer. German legal publisher C.H.Beck became the legal AI company's majority shareholder, while Austrian publisher MANZ also invested.
Existing investors are restructuring or exiting their holdings. CMS and Dentons sold their shares but will remain clients, while founder and CEO Leif Nissen Lundbæk retains a stake.
Noxtua will use the funding to continue developing its legal AI technology and expand into more European markets. Its products combine legal publisher content with AI models.

Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
