NVIDIA Weighs Further Reflection AI Investment or Acquisition
NVIDIA is in early talks to invest more in Reflection AI or acquire the startup, Reuters reports, citing the Financial Times. Another possible arrangement would involve NVIDIA hiring Reflection staff and licensing its technology instead of completing a full acquisition.
An agreement could be reached within weeks, although the discussions could still end without a deal. Reflection declined to comment, while NVIDIA did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
NVIDIA has already invested $800 million in Reflection, according to the report. Founded in 2024 by former DeepMind researchers Misha Laskin and Ioannis Antonoglou, Reflection develops tools that automate software development and recently launched its Beam open weight model for coding and agent tasks.
