Sweden's Government Offices Block ChatGPT and Claude on Work Computers
The Government Offices of Sweden will block ChatGPT and Claude on staff computers starting Monday, Swedish Radio reports. The restriction covers services from OpenAI and Anthropic that are not approved for direct use.
Staff are being directed to approved services, including Microsoft Copilot. The Government Offices also increased security controls for Copilot after a review, but did not disclose details.
Some employees will retain access to ChatGPT and Claude through an internal platform for AI assistants. Sweden's Tax Agency and National Board of Institutional Care have also introduced blocks, while the Enforcement Authority is considering similar restrictions.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
