Vertafore Releases AI Tools for Policy Processing

Oct 19, 2026
Vertafore released two AI tools that automate policy data entry and policy reviews for independent insurance agencies.

Vertafore has released two of the four Velocity AI agents it introduced in September, according to ColoradoBiz. The Policy Intake Agent enters information from policy documents into agency management systems, while the Policy Check Agent compares issued policies with agency records and supporting documents.

The intake tool processes PDFs, declarations pages, binders, quotes, applications, schedules and spreadsheets. It flags new, changed, missing or conflicting information before users approve record updates. It is available through AgencyOne with AMS360 and in early access for Sagitta.

The policy review tool checks coverage details, limits and deductibles, then recommends corrections for user approval and records the review history. It is available in AMS360. Vertafore said early testing reduced processing time by up to 87% for a typical commercial property and general liability package policy, while policy review time fell by up to 90% per line of business.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
