VinSolutions Embeds Fullpath Customer Data Platform in Dealer CRM

Oct 8, 2026
VinSolutions is embedding Fullpath customer data and AI summaries directly into its CRM for dealerships that use both products.

Cox Automotive, which completed its acquisition of Fullpath in June, is embedding Fullpath's customer data platform into VinSolutions, the company said in a press release.

Dealerships that use both products can access Fullpath data within customer records in the VinSolutions CRM. An AI generated summary combines shopper interactions into a plain English profile, while Fullpath website activity appears in the customer timeline.

The integration removes the need to open a separate system and can be upgraded with Fullpath's agentic AI features. Cox Automotive is rolling out the embedded platform to eligible customers through the end of 2026.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
