Aikido Security launched Noon, a workforce security platform built with two startups it acquired in September, Cyberly and Outkept. The Recursive reported that the financial terms were not disclosed.

Noon combines email and device protection, governance of the AI tools and agents employees install, attack simulations and employee training. It targets scams that use cloned voices, deceptive emails and fake login pages to impersonate people known to employees.

Cyberly, founded in Warsaw in 2024, developed software that tests employees with simulated attacks, automates training and tracks how staff use AI tools. Its four cofounders will remain with Aikido, and Warsaw will become one of Noon's development hubs. Outkept contributes email protection and phishing training technology to the platform.
