Oct 29, 2026
HPE selected ServiceNow as the support services platform for its Cloud and AI business under a five year agreement.

ServiceNow says in a press release that Hewlett Packard Enterprise selected its AI Platform as the support services foundation for HPE's Cloud and AI business. The five year agreement covers case management, service operations, field support and AI governance.

The planned deployment includes ServiceNow's Super Intelligence Control Tower, which will monitor AI agents, models and identities. It will also apply NIST and EU AI Act compliance frameworks and stop agents that operate outside their permissions.

HPE will use additional ServiceNow products to centralize support requests, automate service tasks, manage customer requests and schedule field technicians. Workflow Data Fabric will connect data across support systems, while Hardware Asset Management will track customer assets and automate product returns, replacements and repairs.

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
